Is it worth the trip? That's what
I was wondering about the Miami Design District.
I needed furniture and was looking for something
a little different. As it happens, the Miami
Design District is only about 10 minutes from
my house in Miami Beach.






I decided to go and check it out.
Once there, I realized that everything I had
read and heard was true. There were, of
course, furniture and design showrooms, art galleries
and antique shops. It was really quite nice.





All of the showrooms are unique and interesting.
I was able to get some great design
ideas just from looking. And, I even found
some furniture on sale.

Just in case you get hungry, there are several places to eat. Great
atmosphere and good food!
